Important Dates
December 6th:
This
Friday, the 6th we will be having our Gingerbread House Day! It will be from 1:30-2:30. Please let me know if you misplaced the paper
asking for a gingerbread house donation.
I sent one home with every student.
I received a lot of items today. Thank you so much, everyone! J
December 15th: Delayed Start. Class
begins at 10:00.
December 19th: Christmas Party in the afternoon. In years past each child has brought in a
$3-5 gift. Girls bring in a girl
gift. Boys bring in a boy gift. There will be more info to come. I just wanted to give you a heads up about
that!
December 20th: PJ and Movie Day. We will have a sing-along in the morning and
a movie with popcorn and pajamas in the afternoon.
Student of the Week: Our special student this week this week is
Caleb Gilde! Caleb has one little
brother and one older sister. He enjoys
snowmobiling and even won a trophy!
Caleb enjoys doing things with his dad.
He loves macaroni and cheese, the Cars movie and books about
firefighters! J
Today
your child has a new DECEMBER CALENDAR. I will fill out the November calendar BOOK IT
Pizza Hut slips for those that have read about 4 days per week. Please
remember to initial each day that your child reads their take-home book. They earn a penny the next day, only if it is
initialed. Thank you so much!
You
will also see a MATH HOMEWORK REVIEW FOR
CHAPTER 3. Our chapter 3 test will
be taken on Wednesday. Please sign and send the review back to
me by Wednesday, the 4th. Your
child will earn a nickel for doing this! J
