DAYS EACH FRIDAY FOR THE FIRST 4 WEEKS. (THERE ARE 5 WEEKS IN MARCH) THERE WILL ALSO BE A READING CHALLENGE FOR
EACH CLASS. (YOU RECEIVED A NOTE
YESTERDAY ABOUT THIS) REMEMBER TO RECORD
HOW MANY MINUTES YOUR CHILD READS EACH NIGHT ON THE SLIPS AND SEND THEM IN EACH
FRIDAY. CONTINUE TO RECORD THEIR
TAKE-HOME BOOKS IN THEIR BOOK FOLDERS! J

Student of the Week:
Our
special student this week is Breana McKee!
Breana started the year with us and moved away for a couple of
months. She just moved back to us today!
J We were all so happy to welcome her
back! Breana has two brothers and one
sister. Some of her favorites are
bunnies, the color pink, hamburgers, and soccer. She enjoys coloring and playing with her
brothers and sister. She can dance and
is learning to rider her bike!
Homework
Please
return Math homework the following day.
All sight word homework can be returned on Friday stapled together with
your child’s name on it. They will be
rewarded and their spelling test score will show their practice! J
Each
Day:

Place
the sight words on the Word Ring.
2.
Read
the Take-home book from your book folder & practice the word ring.
3.
Pick
one of the Spelling word Home Activities to Complete.
