June 6 and 7:       ½ Days of School & Last Days

I cannot believe that we only have 11 more days left of school!  Thank you for your support this year.  I have enjoyed this class so much.  Their growth has been amazing, both academically and socially! You haven’t seen any homework being sent home, because we have been TESTING, TESTING, TESTING!  This week entails more testing!  They are troopers though, and we have been doing the testing in small increments with a lot of brain breaks, and stress relieving exercises.  J

Mrs. Sluiter is asking parents to please meet us up at the track at 1:30 Friday if you would like to join us for the Fun to Be Fit walk.  We will be having an elementary picture at 1:15 that will only include staff and students.  She said that it’s been too many people in the picture in the past, and it is hard to see everyone.  So 1:30 is a good time to be up there!

I always do an end of the year iMovie containing all of the pictures that I have taken throughout the year.  It is acting up right now, but I will keep working on it!  If it continues to act up I will put them on a disc so that you can print what you would like!  Our tech people always burn the discs for us, and the end of the year is so busy for everyone.  If it isn’t done on the last day I will be sure to get them to you this summer or next year.  J

¡No puedo creer que sólo tenemos 11 días más de la escuela! Gracias por su apoyo este año. He disfrutado mucho esta clase. Su crecimiento ha sido increíble, tanto académica como socialmente! Usted no ha visto ninguna tarea siendo enviada a casa, porque hemos estado PRUEBAS, PRUEBAS, PRUEBAS! Esta semana implica más pruebas! Son troopers sin embargo, y hemos estado haciendo la prueba en pequeños incrementos con una gran cantidad de interrupciones del cerebro, y ejercicios de alivio del estrés.

La Sra. Sluiter está pidiendo a los padres que se reúnan con nosotros en la pista a la 1:30 del viernes si usted desea unirse a nosotros para el paseo Fun to Be Fit. Estaremos teniendo un cuadro elemental a la 1:15 que sólo incluirá personal y estudiantes. Ella dijo que ha habido demasiada gente en la imagen en el pasado, y es difícil ver a todos. Así que 1:30 es un buen momento para estar allí!

Siempre hago un final del año iMovie que contiene todas las imágenes que he tomado durante todo el año. Se está actuando en este momento, pero voy a seguir trabajando en ello! Si continúa actuando, los pondré en un disco para que puedas imprimir lo que quieras. Nuestra gente de tecnología siempre graba los discos para nosotros, y el final del año está tan ocupado para todos. Si no se hace en el último día, estaré seguro de que se los lleve este verano o el próximo año.
